In other news, that episode made me feel quite tense.

Yes me too, I was urging her to stop hanging it out and get inside the fl*pping TARDIS before it disappeared again.

One of my friends is complaining that, whereas in episode 1 of the new series, Graham and whatsherface had to take a train to get to the big hill where Ryan was practicing bike riding, by the end of the series both he and Ryan seem to live within walking distance of Yaz's place.

The old houses on the right of this image are where Graham lives. The block of flats straight ahead are where Yaz lives.

Both are on the fringe of Sheffield city centre. Why Ryan is practising riding his bike in the middle of the Peak District is anyone's guess. It must be costing him a fortune in rail fares. sad yes

The Woman Who Fell to Earth showed Norton Watertower as being in the city centre, when it's out near the border with Derbyshire. bawl

I was just looking up Ian Levine to see if there was a picture of him smashing up a stereo/record player like the one there is with a TV,

I watched the first episode of Ambassadors of Death, last night.

What a weird episode.

It was like Doctor Who made by people who'd been told about the show but had never actually seen it.
