Last bus ride you took

Post by Fangirl Three on Thu Dec 20, 2018 3:13 pm

This lunchtime I got home from the diagnostic testing centre by walking to the edge of the big estate and catching the number 1 bus to the town centre. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to pay in cash, but I could. It cost £2.50, but I didn't mind, cos I'd walked 3½ miles to the test centre and my feet were tired.

I took a bus last Tuesday. It cost me £2. It was an uneventful journey. box

I haven't been on a bus in years. I used to like riding on them as a child - especially the top deck of a double decker bus.

Just took a 31 from Kilburn High Road to Harrow Road then an 18 from Harrow Road to Harlesden (scared) then an 18 from Harlesden (scared) back to Harrow Road and then a 328 back to Kilburn High Road.

I've earned this cup of tea I tells ya! box
