I've spent the morning replacing the roofing felt on one side of the shed.

This afternoon I'm going to do the other side

I've done the other side.

That's the hardest day's physical work I've done in many a year.

Now my shed is all snug and dry.

I've repainted the shed. Phew it was hot out in the garden.

I'm going to clear out the shed this afternoon,for my move.

My parents have said they know a charity who will put the garden tools to good use.

In other news, the buyer has accepted my offer to include the ladders in the sale price. That saves me the trouble and expense of cutting them up and taking them to the dump.

I duly cleared out the shed.

And I got busy with my reciprocating saw and my circular saw on the pile of cut-off branches and discarded fence bits.

They're all now in nice neat bags ready to go to the dump when the ABANDON PARKING SPACE signal goes up (ETA Apr 16).
