I remember it being all the rage with a couple of forumers on SSC over one summer. Winter then killed it off and surprisingly it never came back - or anything even remotely similar.
I never knowingly saw anyone looking for one of these Pokemon things.

Probably more somewhere in between. I did once get told I looked like David Beckham, about 20 years ago. And certain people with a penchant for certain hair colours always used to lust after me - but I didn't lust after them.
