Well, very very rarely.

Just one on occasion, usually as a result of being run down/eating lots of junk food etc.

I now however have a spot.

It's on the very tip of my nose.

I very occasionally get spots. The doctor prescribed me something very effective which sort of burns them off. You have to put it on very carefully though, I use the tip of a matchstick.

Yes, you should definitely have it seen to. The sooner it's dealt with - if it is a melanoma - the easier it'll be to get rid of. Catch it early enough and it's no big deal at all to sort out.

My nan had a couple of melanomas removed when she was in her 80s and she was out and about within days.

You might get Aldara. Pop along to your GP and join the Aldara club. It's an experience you'll never forget.
