I've just found it! It was in the pocket of my work cardigan, which I was wearing on Christmas Day because I'd taken it home and washed it before Christmas.

There was an American version of Blankety Blank - called "Match Game" - same format, same layout, same type of humor, just somewhat more American.

Chicago's famous Sears Tower is now called "Willis Tower".
I may have heard about the name change a few years ago but if I had I'd certainly forgotten about it, and just spent a few minutes searching for the Sears Tower on Google Maps, wondering why I couldn't find it.

Henry 'Blowers' Blofeld's dad, Tom Blofeld, was chums with Ian Fleming at Eton. That's where Fleming got Ernst Stavro Blofeld's surname from.
