The most common cramp I get is between my middle toes.

It doesn't take much to set them off. All I have to do is put moderate pressure on them, with my other foot.

That reminds me, I haven't had that cramp for ages where your big toe curls up and you have to roll your foot on an (unopened) tin of beans to fix it.
