I've installed a new button that can supposedly embed Instagram posts. Let's see if it works...

That sort of worked but has sent the post layout all over the place.

Anyrodeup, if you hold your cursor over the above photo, a little arrow appears on the right-hand side of it. If you click that arrow, it takes you to a video of Vlada singing Dancing Queen.

I see no arrow.

Hold your cursor over the picture. A grey arrow should appear halfway down the picture, on its right-hand side.

So, the good news is that if you want to embed things from the likes of Twitter, Instagram, Imgur, Facebook and various other sites, you only have to click the "Embed Sites," button and paste the URL in the drop-down box that appears.

The bad news is that it messes up the layout of the post.

It looks like it works OK if the site uses an Invision format, rather than a PHBB3 one. Therefore, I may try switching to Invision. If I do, the look of the forum will change slightly. So, don't be shocked when that happens.

I get a box that says "view image on Twitter".

Are you holding your cursor over the right image? The first post on this page is from Instagram.

It's the second one, the squirrel, that's from Twitter.

I do get the arrow when I visit the link, but not when I hover over the embedded post here in this thread.

I wonder why it works for me but not for others?

I've switched the forum over to the Invision format and that's solved the problem of the posts layout getting mixed up.

But now some people's avatars are too big for their boxes.

I seem to have solved the above-mentioned avatar problem.

So, has this sorted out the problem of the arrow not appearing for people?

If you click on this video, does it play?

For some reason, now the, "Latest Topics," widget is pushed to the bottom of the page.

I might give up on this.

The video does play, but the arrow still doesn't appear on the right, and the forum layout has gone all weird.
