In the late 1980s, aided by his celebrity fans like Paul Simon, Lou Reed, k.d. lang, Patty Smyth and Dave Edmunds, '50s rocker Dion staged a Tina Turneresque comeback. Granted, it wasn't that much of a comeback, the album failed to chart and it doesn't even have a Wikipedia page. However, I am familiar with two of the singles from it and am intrigued enough to want to hear the whole album.

In many respects this is really quite ordinary, musically, but it's got a lot of heart and soul.
