| This is a pretty good version of it to be fair. Funky and forceful. _________________ Ibble obble black bobble, ibble obble out!

| It is over. That was all very pleasant but just sounded like a load of incidental music. Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it. _________________ |

| Dunno what to say. It's a good soundtrack, but I wouldn't listen to it if I had a copy.
Could do with a more 'authentic' Voodoo sound than we got, and maybe George Martin isn't the funkiest brother who ever lived? |

| That was, as I remembered correctly, an inferior Bond OST despite the obvious monumental talent behind it.
I don't think Martin quite 'got' the sinuous, sultry s*xy sound that Barry and all had created and opted for blaring pomp instead.
Obviously it's not bad, but as a proper fan of soundtracks - and Bond soundtracks - it's a definite thumbs down.
That said, Macca's theme song is a cracker and the soul reworking's great. _________________ Ibble obble black bobble, ibble obble out!
