After a weak start, it became ever more intriguing. Highly emblematic of its time and definitely worth a second listen.

Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it

I shall give it 4 stars.

Bit too Trip hoppy for it's own good. And possibly one track too many, but I liked I didn't know what was going to happen next, other than probably a bit Portisheadish bit would be along soon.

That was actually a quite interesting way to end, what I found to be, a fairly dull album that dragged me back to an infamous time of my life.

And not in the best of ways.

It was however faintly delightful to suddenly be immersed in the fiefdom of Lord Summerisle at the end.

Also, the Vangelis/Blade Runner-esque final credits synths were pretty cool.

It provided a +★ to what was going to be a very flat, mediocre ★★.

That is the power of the film to me.
