Hmm, now what to give it?

It started off so funkay, it was a stone cold ★★★★★, but then the music became secondary to the story, it's was floating down to a ★★★★,

But then it occurred to me I've not heard anything like it, well, not from the 70, it's almost Prog, concept album territory, but with more funk. And big floppy hats.
