It's a mixed bag to say the least.
Still, considered track-by-track, its merits outweigh its failings, which, in truth, can't be estimated truthfully.
It's an odd melange of Spicy early-to-mid '80s punk and latino band's songs with a proper new, dedicated track by Pop with a weirdly coherent and focussed second side/last few tracks.
