I think Radio 1 used to sometimes play the gospel-y Healing Hands as an alternative to Sacrifice. I certainly heard it at the time but I can't remember if Top of the Pops will play it or not. Some people actually prefer it over Sacrifice.
Like Sacrifice, Healing Hands had also been a single in 1989 but failed to reach the top 40, so in 1990 they lumped the two songs together on one single. And it worked!
