Bay City Rollers or Bore Sh*tty Crawlers?

Weird, almost Strawberry Fields-type intro...

Kinda Lennon-esque.

Possibly going for a Number 9 Dream thing.

Really quite Lennon-esque in fact.

A valiant attempt at complex Beach Boys-style harmonies.

Quite an interesting end to the album that.

It is over.
That was a pleasant collection of songs that suffered, at times, from a production that wasn't willing to go the whole hog.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

Not too shabby all round.
More musically indebted to the '60s than the '50s in truth.
Some plodding, uninspired moments, some not very original but jaunty and jolly tunes and a few genuinely interesting and engaging numbers.
★★★
