| I've had the most awful headache today, an 8-paracetamol one. (That's 2 every 4 hours of course)
I'm not sure whether it was a migraine or a hangover.

It was probably the long drive up to Glasgow that caused it.

| I had a non-hangover headache all day yesterday, and it's still here this morning. I didn't want the bread/cheese part of my breakfast.

| I've got a migraine, and I've got to change hotels today too. I'll have to ride it out in my car, or at my storage unit. It is not going to be an easy day
