I listened to this independently recently and although pleasant enough and very pop it didn't thrill me as much as expected, other than the singles which we all know. The album tracks are bit.... generic and basic - but one of them is surprisingly very 70s disco! I guess this album was the springboard to further success and international fame the following year.
