The forum in which all human experience resides. Especially for fans of the now-deceased original Hall of the Wendigo. Still Number One with the core demographic.
Today Apollo Masters burned down, thankfully no one was hurt. It supplied 90% of the WORLD’S lacquers (material used for cutting vinyl masters). There is only only supplier left now in Japan. Expect huge delays and setbacks from every label that makes records via this process. This is the worst news in the history of the vinyl industry since we started making records. Any artist we promised a record out this year, sorry it's most likely not happening anymore.
:panic:

I wouldn't be playing any of my records on that record player after it has hosted actual chocolate.

Looking to vinyl singles, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds top the list with their five-track EP Blue Moon Rising which has sold over 3,000 copies.
I remember when they used to print Limted edition 3,000 copies to drive sales.
