It's Deceleration Day for me. That means booze tonight, but none tomorrow night.

I've got a bad hangover this morning. I only had 1 bottle of wine last night too, an organic Pin Grig.

I think I got dehydrated while driving and didn't drink enough water on arrival.

I feel better now, after a walk to Waitrose and back for provisions

I think you're still suffering residual effects of PTSD from that traffic jam the other day.

I was awake for hours last night with stomach ache. I knew I shouldn't have taken that ibuprofen.

I've got a hangover which I rate at 3 on the scale. It's my own fault for having five vodkas last night instead of four, when I got frustrated by the USB sticks.

1 Just feel a bit jaded on rising
2 Feel a bit ill, but have breakfast anyway, and feel fine afterwards
3 Coffee and cracker breakfast, paracetamol
4 No breakfast, recover appetite by lunchtime
5 Still drunk, so no paracetamol or going out till it wears off
6 'Migrover' - can't use a screen, text boss re sick day, vom, feel a bit better, listen to audios till 4pm, still feel a bit odd till bedtime. No booze in the evening.
