It's not an LP I listen to a great deal, but if I recall it's got some great tunes on it and it's furthermore indicative of a period when Momus was styling himself as - and indeed hoping to be - a successful popstar.

There are trippy, club scene atmospherics and a air of lyrically intellectual and eclectic Pet Shop Boys-ey-ness...

It's also more concise and has a consistent sound (deep, languid synth pop), whereas 20 Vodka Jellies represents Momus's more disorienting, jarring eclecticism.

I have now bookmarked it for future use.
