I recommend, an air fryer. My mother bought me one, and even for a non cook like myself, it's very easy to use. I've just poured some nutritious and tasty things from the freezer into it, and it'll be all done in about seven minutes, to be combined into a proper meal.

I have a halogen oven which is in the same kind of envelope as an air fryer.
