I quite enjoyed that. I didn't realise Paul Williams was quite the comedian. 1970s prosthetics and puppetry really was so much better and more convincing than today's CGI. I dread to think what a Planet of the Apes film would be like if made today. Though I seem to remember there was one not so long ago.
Who knew those eye bending optical illusion things were around in the early 70s, as seen at the beginning of the video!

It's neither of them.
However, once you know who it is you'll realise that it still looks like what she's always looked like.
It's just the styling that confounds the mindal regions really.
