| I have given up on it. It is a very boring film. It mostly seems to be men in suits having discussions in offices. Where's the flying car and the volcano headquarters and the sharks? _________________ |

| With Peter Cushing and Roy Castle. Reunited for the first time since Dr Who and the Daleks. _________________ |

| I've just checked. Both films were made the same year. By the same company. I wonder if they were shot at the same time? _________________ |

| Loving. Bernard Bresslaw is really quite disturbingly scary in this as Gripper Burke. Genuinely a bit too much so. Compare and contrast with his charming role in Matron. Underrated actor. _________________ OK, I'm an old shoe

| Yes, that last 'beautiful things!' scene goes on way too long. _________________ ' "Haven't got houses." Where do they live then?'

| It's a general fact that, whilst the Carry On Team enjoyed doing the historical epic or genre movie spoofs best, they're often the least engaging.
Cleo is the exception that proves the rule I guess. _________________ OK, I'm an old shoe

| It's not my favourite.
Some good lines and performances though.
Shame about Roy Castle. _________________ OK, I'm an old shoe

| Khyber >>> Screaming, Castle or no Castle.
Screaming has no Sid and far too many longeurs - any scene involving the Oddbods for example.
Joan Sims' scenes are all bedbound, just like in Matron.
There are only two good things about Screaming: 'Frying tonight!', and the sauciness of Harry Aitch Corbett shacking up with Fenella Fielding at the end. _________________ ' "Haven't got houses." Where do they live then?'
