I think that's one of those Mexican-built imports from the 2000s - they were still making Campers in Mexico until recently and a company somewhere in the south west was importing them in small numbers, so that one could be like a 2014 registration or similar.

I had as a child a hand-me-down Matchbox one of those - in fact, I've still got it somewhere. I of course always read the underside as "De ".

It's exactly this one, though mine is in a rather more played-with condition, and without box.

That, my good sir, is a De Tomaso Pantera.
Compared to the Mangusta, they are veritably ten-a-penny.

Oh. I didn't realise there were different models.
Then again, I don't tend to specialise in sportscars.

Re: gr8 cars of Google Street View
Looks a bit Fiat-ish.
EDIT: Looking at older Street View footage from 5 years earlier, the "Fiat" is actually a Volkswagen!
EDIT 2: After a lot of searching, it turns out it's a Volkswagen Type 4 (1968-1974) - a car I didn't even know existed!

This small cul-de-sac in Stourbridge is the street that just keeps on giving.

That picture was taken 10 years ago too, I walked past the other day and the windows had all been replaced by taped-on plastic sheets.
Interestingly, that same estate also has a road called Tamar Rise, just like the cul-de-sac in Stourbridge that keeps on giving.

"gr8 houses of Google Street View"? Maybe that would be a bit too personal! I've always found Street View rather invasive, giving one the opportunity to stare at people's houses that one would never do in real life, sometimes being able to see through windows and over the fences into gardens, yet it's all so fascinating at the same time.

Re: gr8 cars of Google Street View
There clearly has been something going on with that house these last 30-40 years that isn't a happy story
I used to walk past an even worse one in Zarnichester, completely overgrown with huge bushes, a light always on in the hall and bits of blue tarpaulin patched all over the roof.
A few years ago the bushes were cut back, but they didn't fix the roof.
I won't post a pic until the feeling of the forum on the 'gr8 houses of GSV' becomes apparent.

Following on from the streetviews of houses with electricity pylons in their front gardens...

It probably started life as a delightful MK1 Golf in beige before being heavily b*stardised.

Oh yes, it's a Volkswagen Caddy, which would have looked more like this:
