I've just found a great app for my tablet called Keep. You can draw stuff with your finger, and then move the stuff around. And it will do OCR on anything you write.
The only drawback is that I can't write in anything less than 24 point font with my finger, so I can't fit much on each page.

You probably all know about Midjourney already, it's an "AI" art website which you can use to create pictures using keywords....I did this (or it did it), I rather like it..
