It felt like a bunch of talented people not finding the best direction for their talent.

Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

I shall give it 3 stars.

Ultimately, it was a weird combo of underwhelming and faintly disappointing and spirited and charming.

There was only really one genuinely good song in there though - one that I might want to listen to again.

They could'a been contenders I guess, but then the Laupster wouldn't've'd had the stellar career she probably deserved.

Guitar solo. In many ways this is rather 70s RnR revival than anything else, which I suppose isn't that suprising.

Over-singing, in that delightful Lauper-o-sound.
