The Blue Peter threat
I've just been reading through a list of historical Blue Peter pets, and it seems they don't have any anymore.

Re: The Blue Peter threat
Coincidentally, Blue Peter turns 60 in 12 days time. Are they having the usual milestone celebrations?

Shelley the Tortoise might still be on the show.

I've just seen a trailer on BBC Two for Blue Peter's 60th birthday celebrations - starting next Tuesday at 5pm on BBC One The CBBC Channel.
Lots of former presenters were shown together.

Today's the 60th birthday and celebrations!
I didn't realise/had forgotten the show had moved to Salford. The fact it's not at BBC Television Centre anymore is a huge loss, much like Coronation Street moving from Granada Studios.

It was beyond iconic though, for so many TV shows, and its closing was literally the end of an era.
