Seriously Deep or Glibly Shallow?
Re: David Axelrod - Seriously Deep (1975)

You can quite literally hear the influence this had on Magma.

I'm guessing that Wendi's in the kitchen baking haggis smoothies in the microwave.

It is over.
It was pleasant enough but never got round to getting to the point.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

Anyroadup...
That album is an exemplar of its genre.
Beyond ch*ffing cool and wall-to-wall groovy to boot.
A powerful and heavy proverbial Sword of Damocles-of-cliches hangs over it, but it bears the onus and seizes that sword and waves it about like a proper mad thing in burgundy corduroy.
Increbidle.
