It's been announced that the 2030 World Cup is going to be held in 6 different countries, across 3 different countries.

In fairness though it wasn't all that long ago that the idea of holding a World Cup over 3 different countries would've been considered weird.
In fact, it's only since 2002 (Japan-South Korea) and never since.
Since 2000 in the Euros though (Belgium-Netherlands, Austria-Switzerland, Poland-Ukraine and then that stupid multi-national one that we lost
