It's still buzzing.

It's literally a foot away from my bed. How am I supposed to sleep with that buzzing away all night long?

I think you should try and find out how it gained access to the cavity, and then take measures to prevent further bee ingress.

I think it must've got in via the hole where the TV aerial cable enters just to the side of the window.

That's basically where the sound's coming from.

If I were you I'd liberally dust that hole with insecticide powder. If you've got any left from flinging it into the wasps' nest a few years back.

If I hear any more signs of activity from it, I will. However, so far today, it has been silent.

I hope it has found its way back out into the wild and hasn't simply died overnight.

I have not heard it all day. Could this mean I am free of it?

Then again, I haven't been in all day. What if it was at it while I was out?

"Bee Day," sounds like, "Bidet." They haven't thought this out properly.

It's been back again, the last few days. Fortunately, the cold wet weather seems to have quietened it down today.

Yesterday, it was like some moron was flying their drone around in my wall cavity.

I find this 'bee inside the walls' concept quite frightening

It's been totally silent today but I did see a big fat, red bee hanging around outside my window sill first thing this morning. Could it be that that was it and that it's finally fled the coop?

This bee came from the Co-op? This matter winds itself ever in fresh complexities.
