Is it a movie about something that new designers keep trying to build higher and better and more technologically jaw-dropping but who fail to consider the folly of their grandiose, hubristic actions upon a populace forever straining their necks to stare upwards in awe and then ordinary, blue-collar people like Steve McQueen have to come along and fix all their mess only Steve McQueen's died over 30 years ago and so we're all screwed now?

Unless, Nicholas Cage comes along to save us?
