Internet connection annoyances
I've had my broadband cut off 18 times this morning!
During one of my brief periods of connectivity I learnt that it was probably because of this

Re: Internet connection annoyances
I've just discovered the local 5G network ends 30 yards away from my house.

Well, at least you won't catch coronavirus from it.

My router has broken down!
I'm having to use that old one that keeps crashing every half hour.
Still, thank god I didn't chuck it out when I was decluttering.

Re: Internet connection annoyances
I went round 6 shops this morning looking for a new router, and none of them had any. I walked 5½ miles! And I got rained on on my way back.
And when I tried to order a router online, my card got declined 3 times.
Still, I did finally manage to get one on the way for tomorrow by using a different credit card.
And I bought a great new coat from Tescos.
And I used up enough calories with all the extra walking to have duck spring rolls for dinner.

Re: Internet connection annoyances
I'm getting 41mbps on my mobile, at the moment.
I've never had it anything like that fast in the daytime. It's normally between 2 and 12.
42 is my all-time record, and that was in the early hours of one morning.

My interwebs went offline for about 5 minutes TWICE in the small hours of last night.

Re: Internet connection annoyances
10.8 Mbps here at my parents' house.
Oddly that is also the upload speed, I've never seen such a high upload speed, nor one that equalled the download speed.
