Where he routinely deployed hateful, depressing, undermining insults night after night at invisible hecklers and 'darkies' and 'Chinese' to the guffawing chimes of his similarly morbidly obese, diabetic cronies because he was a pariah even at the clubs he'd cut his teeth at?
