Like it's the Easter bank Holiday!

Are we all looking forward to 4 days in which we won't have to leave the house!

I've got no hot cross buns, for the first time since I started housekeeping independently 23 years ago.

The mechanics of mere survival had driven them from my mind.

I might try and get some tomorrow. But I've just had an email from overclockers saying my new hard disc is on its way. What if it comes while I'm out?!!

Reading back through this thread reminds me I've once again forgotten to display the Spring tea towel. I'll put it up immediately.

I've had no hot or indeed cold Cross Buns.

I have got chocolate eggs.

I haven't got anything. I'd totally forgotten it was Easter.

Two Creme eggs for 80p in my local shop, so I splashed out and told them to put the spare 20p in their green plastic charity collection device thing.

I'd best hurry back downstairs, where the vodka and tonic are, and do it now.

The other day, I bought a chocolate roll, to eat today.

I ate it yesterday.

They shouldn't put chocolate in the building, with me, if they don't want me to eat it.

Do what I do with my gin. Keep your chocolate in a storage unit, and bring 1 item per day to the house.

I actually thought Easter was about a month ago. That's roughly when I passed by a selection of chocolate eggs in the supermarket.
