My preference would be Breakfast in America because I think it's the best of those albums. However, I suspect there may be resistance to that. If there is, then my second preference would be Imperial Bedroom. As I think that's the second-best of those albums.

His biggest hit "Lido Shuffle" is on the former, but I think the latter is a better album (albeit a slightly more disco-ey one).

Wikipedia says Silk Degrees went 5 x Platinum. That is the sort of critical appraisal that impresses me.
