| Italy landslide pushes hundreds of coffins into the sea
Video showed emergency workers in boats searching for the estimated 200 coffins in the waters off Camogli, near Genoa.
Two chapels were also swept on to the rocks below the graveyard.
-----
Around 10 of the estimated 200 coffins had been recovered, said regional civil protection assessor Giacomo Giampedrone.

| If they did do a Mount Rushmore though, then there'd have to be three other faces that encapsulated this great country. I nominate Piers Morgan as the second face. _________________ Ibble obble black bobble, ibble obble out!

| I think chalk cliffs like those at Dover would erode too fast for a Mt Rushmore type sculpture. Sorry to be a downer but you really have to think these things through |

Sorry to be a downer but you really have to think these things through No, I had thought about that ACKSHULLY! Mr. Smart Alec. The idea is that the faces erode away allowing us to remind ourselves that these people are actually dead and that, we too, will someday crumble into the roiling depths of oblivion. It'll be properly cheerful and all philophisical like that. Especially if the sculptors can create another layer behind the initial facade that, when the faces erode, turn into all skellington faces. _________________ Ibble obble black bobble, ibble obble out!
