Nooo. I understand some areas not far away have been worse affected than back in my area of origin. Without going into too much detail the move is for family reasons. It's been in the planning for about 3 years now but the pandemic has slowed it all down a few months. It's sort of nice to be somewhere different for a while at least. I'll probably end up permanently back in the Midlands again at some point in the future.

I had one of those new telephone doctor's appointments that they have nowadays, this afternoon.

The doctor phoned ½ hour early, while I was still in the bath, so I had to jump out and and answer all her questions while dripping wet and entirely b*re.
