Sounds like a carbon copy of a carbon copy of something off the first King Crimson album, that came out 6 years before this, a lifetime in 70s rock, err.. progression.

It is over.
It was all perfectly competent but also very low energy. You can't help feeling that having a livelier drummer would have worked wonders.
