A lot of this sounds like Arcade Fire's last album Everything Now. ![shifty](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/3904149952.gif)

No really, but the uberfans thought it should have been the biggest album EVAH!

This is a relatively undistinguished final track.
A bit Debbie Gibson.

It is over.
It was all perfectly competent but didn't have anything to set it apart from the pack and felt very by the numbers.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.![Excited](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/4075307247.gif)

I'm sorry to say (CRJ fans) that there wasn't one track even nearly as good as "Call Me Maybe" on that.
A few nice tracks - I Really X6 You and Making the Most of The Night particularly.
The rest was inoffensive pop fodder.

I'm listening to "Making the Most of The Night".
It's pretty dope.
Easily the best track on the album.

Re: Carly Rae Jepsen – E•MO•TION (2015)
I like the idea of Carly Rae Jepsen more than the reality, they sound superficially like GR8 pop songs, but the hooks just never seem to work for me, I can kinda understand why some would call this the best pop album in the last decade, while finding it meh, and a lot, a lot of people do it better.
I liked Warm Blood, I think that's the only thing that stops it getting ★★
That said, this Black Heart,![dance](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/4231206931.gif)

Apparently Sia mostly wrote the one I like best.

I've been thinking about that stament for the last couple of days, and I believe, and have to say, with a heavy heart, you're right.

I've just listened to that "Making The Most of the Night".
Really, just this mo'.
Back-to-back CRJ and Sia.
I think CMM has a challenger.
Not really though.
It's ace, but CMM is a pop masterpiece.
First time I heard it I was in Top Shop Oxford Circus with my then-missus and I forced her to stop so I could hear the song properly over the tannoy so I could look it up later.

I've only just noticed now that the Sia version also has CRJ performing vocals on it. ![shifty](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/3904149952.gif)
