The reason I've suddenly started to think about roller skating is I've been watching YouTube videos about bike riding, as such a thing appeals to me.

However, bicycles are expensive and they make you use them on the road and the road scares me.

Anyway, do you have a bike and do you use it?

I don't have a bike.

The Drycycle.

I predict that will never catch on.

It costs £15,000-£20,000.

When I was a kid a friend of my Mum's published a bicycle magazine and he used to give me new bikes to revue by way of riding them about to blue b*ggery.

He was known as Brian "Bicycle", to distinguish him for another friend of her's who had a bookshop.

He was called Brian "Bookshop".

Unsurprisingly.

I hate cyclists because they keep trying to run me over on the pavement and at pedestrian crossings.

I keep a detailed log of all such incidents. In due course it will be handed over to the authorities.

Air Powered Bike Range.

I've now discovered it's legal to ride a bike on virtually all the footpaths round my way because barely any of them run directly alongside a road and are, therefore, classed as multi-use paths and not pavements.

It means that, if I get a bike, in theory, I could get all the way to the inner and outer ring roads without once driving on a main road.

Just by using footpaths, tracks through woods, tracks across fields, paths through parks, and side streets.

Not that I can actually afford one.

This woman is completely insane.

She's ridden a bike up a hill twice as steep as East Bank Road.

And that goes on for miles.

A fan with a banner's managed to take out half the riders in the Tour de France.

I saw that yesterday.

Whoever it was hasn't been identified and is obviously in hiding.
