It is over.
It was an album that was easier to respect than to enjoy. Any of the tracks in isolation would be fine but, combined, lack the variety needed to sustain interest for 50 minutes.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

What a brilliant album.
One of best of the '90s by miles.
It certainly restored my faith in contemporary music at the time.
I listened to it a great deal back then, but haven't for a good long time.
For me it's a really immersive album brimming with nervous energy and speckled with gems.
Fab.
