Fairly conventional riff.

I run out of things to say.

This would be better without the reverb.

I sense that it's not really going to go anywhere special however.

It is over.

I didn't mind it at all but, given its lack of variety, it needed to be reduced to 38 minutes in length.

Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it. Excited

It's burbling and bimbling its way off into the horizon of a post-industrial landscape now...

I think a 2 minute pointless fade out is a good metaphor for the album as a whole.

I'd have probably liked it if I hadn't already heard all the bands that sounded like it. Usually earlier.

And I was 14.

And it's Script for a Jesters Tear, not Tears.

Well that wasindescribablyboring.

A real plodding slog through a miasmic mire of Mancunian meta-muck.

The past is another country - and that country is in the suburbs of Greater Manchester in 1983.

As an holiday destination of choice, it's not going to be added to my bucket list anytime soon.

Not that anything is, in fairness.

A horrible thought came to me yesterday, if St Ian Curtis hadn't died, Nü Order didn't happen, and they still stayed guitary, isn't this pretty much what Joy Division would have sounded like in 1983?
