"Snooker Loopy" by Chas & Dave and the The Matchroom Mob.
Obviously.

I would have gone for the "There is no Sky, there is no why, there is only us, together, forever, UNITED" bit of United by the Throbsters, but I think the singer's been cancelled for being a wrong 'un.
So it'll have to be the intro to Rock and Roll Part 2.

After several days of consideration, I don't know what I'd go for.
Therefore, I'm going to choose the first song that YouTube recommends to me when I open it.

It has selected Gabriella Cilmi and Sweet About Me.

I wonder which came out first? This or Paloma Faith's Upside Down?

It would seem this came out in 2007 and the Paloma Faith song came out in 2010.
Therefore, it used the line, "I'll tell you something that I've found. That the world's a better place when you're upside down," first.

What a wonderful idea!
It works!
So it's Sisters of Control by John T. Gast and Lolina Inga Copeland

Sid James going 'Get the lads out of the snooker hall, we've got a rush job on down at Stonehenge,' on a loop with a beat under it and various ambient woos and whistles and shimmers.

Have I mentioned that Fortran 5's Sid James cover of Pink Floyd's Bike?
I'm sure I have? I never seem to shut up about it.

I don't remember you mentioning it. The only Sid James reference in popular music I know of is the one in Ebeneezer Goode.
And whoever it was being interviewed in the NME in 1986 saying that they should have Sid James' laugh coming up over programmes about nuclear disasters.

That was very interesting, amusing and entertaining until John Robb and the bloke with the bright red nose and Ian McCulloch hairdo started talking.
