I knew someone who lived in a caravan in Wisbech. Her mother used to swallow live goldfish, for no particular reason. That's not a resort or the seaside.
I thought Dunwich had been swallowed up by the North Sea in the 1300's or something. I thought it was an almost mythical place, like Doggerland.
