I've seen people - usually camp M*llennials - use the term "stan" when referring to "good" pop music - "I stan that singer/song" - but I've only just found out where the term comes from - the famous song Stan by Eminem, which is about a dangerously obsessive fan.
I still refuse to use that as a word when describing music though.

I've just found out that Terry's Chocolate Oranges are cheaper, per kilogram, than Dairy Milk, even though you always think of chocolate oranges as being fancier than Dairy Milk.

I don't think of chocolate oranges as fancier than Dairy Milk - Cadbury's vs Terry's - what inferior chocolate is it? Who even are they?!

There's a Republic of Congo, as well as a Democratic Republic of Congo.

It seems to be totally unexplored by Streetview.

I've just typed "Mokele Mbembe" into Streetview to see if it's captured any images of the legendary dinosaur that's supposed to inhabit the jungles of the Congo.
This is what it came up with:
I'm not convinced that's the Congo.

Yes, my parents were deploying one of those at Christmas on their patio doors, which have old-fashioned metal frames and consequently a big condensation problem.
