| I got a bit confused there. I misread the playlist and thought we were going to get a version of the University Challenge theme.

| Well, that was thoroughly entertaining, though perhaps would have been even more enjoyable if one didn't have regular access to the original (and better) original theme tunes on YouTube. It is also probably more enjoyable listening with other people, such as in this instance, than listening to miserably on one's own.

I guess that was the point. Yes. There was a time in the 90s when there were a number of retro compilations out featuring kitsch 70s tunes, including one with test card music - all available in the likes of HMV and Virgin. - Spoiler:
