It is one of the most "surprising" number ones, probably of all time. I find it okay, if a bit bland, and it does sound like a Stock Aitken Waterman instrumental which one might find on one of their associated act's B-sides.

Ooh Gary Davies and Steve Wrong.

I heard Ooh Gary Davies on Radio 2 on Monday night.

He was interviewing somebody. I can't remember who.

Dead or Alive.

And it's not THAT song!

It's just one that sounds like it.

And strangely like Suede would have sounded like if they'd been produced by Stock, Aitken and Waterman.

It possesses a similar lyrical theme to There's a Ghost in My House.

In fact, the lyrics just seem to be a straight rewrite of it.

I feel affronted on behalf of R Dean Taylor.

I do feel this is one of their better efforts.
