They've always done that. At least since iPhone 4.

I thought all phones had always a built-in speaker. How else would horrible kids make a horrible racket on buses.

I'm getting tons of calls at the moment from random UK mobile phone numbers, presumably spoofed cos it's a different one each time. I don't answer them.

But yesterday, during the Do Not Disturb period I'd set, I had two from the same number, which never happens usually.

So now I have a choice between missing someone who's trying to contact me urgently, and getting tricked with that fl*pp*ng Chinese spam message again.

I've set my phone to sepia. Deal with it.

Wallet I’ve used once as one of the ticket people used it to put the tickets into, or something.

Never used reminders, or iTunes Store, news only the screen when you go left from that one, with the weather etc, never use Apple Maps,lol, and I can’t remember the last time I opened health.

Maybe I should tidy up the first screen?

I have a new mobile phone.

It stupidly only has one icon for 'Internet', which you have to tap to get to the wi-fi and mobile data ones.

My oldest mobile phone is very unwell. The battery suddenly collapses when it gets down to about 35%. And when the clocks went back yesterday, it decided that the date was April 27, 2022 and the time was 6 hours earlier than it actually was.

Today it collapsed from 39% to 1% as soon as I turned the hotspot on.

I had planned to keep it on as a mostly plug-in phone, but it's become too unpredictable. I may have to buy another.
