You have learned something yourself I think. Wattle and daub, and adobe refer to specific processes. The castle suggested above is harled and 'lime-washed'. So it's been a valuable process for us all.

Partly psychology, cos you associate them with hey clarse occasions on which top quality trigo-sarnies were served.
Partly, I'm guessing, because there's a more even distribution of crust between bites.

Because it is.

It must be a Sunday, because I got to the storage units quicker than usual this morning.

It's just occurred to me. When you go on YouTube and its homepage is filled with dozens of suggested videos, if you click Ctrl+A to select them all and then then right click, "Open link in new tab, " will it open every video on the home page, all at once?

I'd try it but I'm too scared of the potential consequences.

That Lowrey organ sound, right at the beginning of Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds, are there any other songs that use it? I don't remember ever hearing it anywhere else but it seems strange that no one would use it, bearing in mind how magical it sounds.

The Band used it.
Isn't it the distinctive (perhaps somewhat overbearing) keyboard sound on "This Wheel's On Fire"?

I'm pretty sure that they use it on "Whispering Pines"...
Not in the same distinctively surreal manner The Beakles used it though.

The only food shop within walking distance of here is a Farmfoods. It looks from outside like it just sells frozen stuff, but the website says that they have other food types.
Is that just a Wilkinsons style cursory selection like milk, bread, nasty cheese?

Thank you both.
From that photo it looks like a better than Wilkinsons, more like Iceland style selection of non-frozen basics, probably not more than one or two options in each class (eg instant coffee, filter coffee, tea bags).
