Probably the Beatles' records in the original mono. What little I've heard of the mono mixes has always sounded better than the stereo ones.

I own several of their rarer records, but the really nose-bleedy stuff has always been out of my price range.

I only have a couple of needs at present. When you say "can't find/afford", I occasionally see a copy of these on eBay and elsewhere but I will not pay £20 or more for a second hand CD.
One is Living My Life by Grace Jones.
It's one of two Grace Jones albums I just cannot get my hands on on CD at the right price. All her others have been available quite readily. I do have the standard LP and picture disc though!
The other is Love Explosion by Tina Turner - which we have reviewed on this very forum.
It's the only studio album I haven't got by her on any format. I occasionally see it for sale in Italy for ridiculous amounts of money, and with a cracked case and such.
One is Living My Life by Grace Jones.

BREAKING NEWS: I've just found out that this is being re-issued on vinyl and CD in November for the first time since 1979!
£10.99 on CD - I can just about afford that. Though it'll probably be in a card sleeve rather than a plastic jewel case.

Can't you just stick yourvown jewels on one you've already got? You can get fake pearls etc by the metre very cheaply on Amazon.
